Hello! My name is Vicky and I’m based in the UK.
I discovered mindfulness in 2012 when I was going through various life challenges, and I found that my practice was a wonderful anchor when everything else seemed to be going wrong.
Mindfulness has changed the way I look at life and it continues to be a source of great strength.
Here at Mindfulness Jar, I share with you everything that I have learned on my journey so far, answer questions and provide regular reminders to bring you back to the present moment.
Remember that mindfulness is not a quick fix solution for your problems. Remaining mindful is an ongoing challenge and requires regular practice.
But, for those of you who stick with it, you will discover that mindfulness is a way of growing awareness of your thoughts, learning to accept what is happening right now and appreciating the little things in life
